Please note that in the case of certain hotels and tour products, deposits are required and will be debited by the travel provider (the hotel or tour operator) or Searchhotels (or our sister company Travelhero) to your credit card. Your card is not charged without prior consent from you.

In the unlikely event that your credit card is used on our secure server and you didn't authorize it, follow the reporting procedures of the card issuer, and contact us immediately.
